Refund Policy

At Ramos Quality H&B Cleaning Service LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services for every customer. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund and re-cleaning policy carefully.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed appointment.
We will gladly return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional cost.

Refunds

Because cleaning is a time-based service, we do not offer cash refunds once a cleaning has been completed.
However, we stand behind our work — and we will always make it right by:

  • Offering a free re-clean of the missed or unsatisfactory areas, or

  • Providing a credit toward a future cleaning (if approved by management)

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

  • If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a $50 lock-out fee may apply.

Quality & Safety Policy

We take pride in our work and handle each client’s property with care.
Ramos Quality H&B Cleaning Service LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear on furniture, fixtures, or flooring.
