Welcome to Ramos Quality H&B Cleaning Service LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling services, booking online, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services in Beaver Dam, WI and Chicago, IL.
All services will be completed with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.

Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are based on information provided about the home/business size and condition.

• Final pricing may change if the service scope changes or conditions differ upon arrival.

• Additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges.

Appointments & Access

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

If we cannot enter the property due to locked access or no-show, a $50 lock-out fee may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations under 24 hours may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

• If we arrive and cannot perform the service, the cancellation/lock-out fee applies.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you have a concern, please notify us within 24 hours of service.
We will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

No refunds are issued once service has been completed, but issues will be corrected fairly.

Safety & Working Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Conditions present health hazards

• Aggressive behavior or unsafe environment

• Illegal activity at the location

Damage Policy

Accidents are extremely rare, but if damage occurs due to our staff, notify us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue fairly.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose items, unstable furniture, or improperly installed fixtures.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Secure valuables and personal items

• Inform us of special cleaning instructions

• Keep pets secured and safe during service

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

Right to Refuse Service

We may decline service or stop work at any time if safety, disrespect, or policy violations occur.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed.
Continued use of our services means you accept the current Terms & Conditions.
